  Went in for a full highlight it looked fine until I got home and realized it was blotchy and orange underneath. Called back and requested my hair to be fixed the next stylist made it even worse, her response was all I can do is dye it darker or your hair will fall out. Then I was also told
  It’s not brassy by the stylist, if I’m showing you sections and pictures you should not be questioning your customer. Worst experience I have ever had at a salon, no care or compassion displayed by staff. I had to hold back my tears how upset I was with my hair. I will never return to this salon, really was excited about trying a new place initially. When I told the stylist how I honestly felt she just gave a dirty look, work on your professionalism customers notice everything. The only nice thing about my visit was Anne’s mom, one star for her being so nice to me on my way out.
